Morning All,

I am looking for advice on a brad nailer for light wooden cladding that I intend to use in a small (9ft x 4ft) room that is to be used as a wardrobe space. The cladding is pine, 7.5mm thick and will be hung on battens. I would like to be able to "secret nail" them to the battens through the tongue. I don't want to spend much on a nailer if I can help it. The electric ones seem to be much much cheaper than cordless or gas-powered. Can anyone offer any advice on any particular make/brand and also what length of brad I should be using? It would only be for very occasional and light DIY use.

Thanks,

teddyk.

thats because the electric ones are pin guns ;)
they take 18 gauge but are ideal for your needs
use somthing like the arrow 100 with a "V" this allows perfect use at 45% on top of the tounge for blind nailing use 25mm pins
