Just finishing the house refurb and got Hetas chap in to install the wood burner , this had a rear vent which needed to be core drilled thru the lounge wall to outside flank wall. Did not check with me first and went straight thru the ring main.
Luckily only one socket beyond this point before the ring returned so was intending to run it as a spur of the ring from the other side of the fireplace via outside wall [concrete floors and lounge all decorated so no other route options I can think of save channel up wall thru to ceiling and down the other side of fireplace.]
Would I need to use armoured or will a plastic conduit be ok to protect cable? will be between two walls about 500mm apart little access required to flank wall .

Thanks for that, is it available by the metre? don't need more than about 5m.
