Calling all parts Gurus!!

Hi all. can any of you parts gurus kindly tell me the make, model or other information about the 2 shower valves below. I came across them in the same premises with the same fault. the safety temperature button has broken off them meaning that they are stuck on full heat. As they are concealed, I was hoping to replace the guts with like-for-like to save smashing the nice tiling!!.
