No it's not. It's 56p+vat. You'd have to get your LPG for sub 40p to beat that. You're starting to make a fool of yourself by continuing to question the mathematical fact that oil heating is and has been cheaper to run than LPG for some decades. The gap is closer and it may change but being as LPG is derived from oil anyway, it's unlikely.
