Can anyone help with light wiring please?

Hi

I'm just finishing off the hall, I have two new ceiling lights with 3 terminals and two existing pendants with two way switches as per the pics.

I've done normal lights before but this has got me stumped. Any ideas?

Very straight forward normal rose wiring. Look at the Wiki and it explains all you need.

Those are "normal".

And you've got a new light where the maker has had the decency to include a 4th terminal for the live loop, which is good.

Those are normal, as in a normal ceiling rose for a normal pendant. Anyway - it's in the Wiki, and it is straightforward as long as you do not lose track of which of your black cores are switched lives.

Ok I've done it and it works. I dumped the loops in the 4th terminal and put the switched in the live. Is there anyway to check if this is going to kill me if I touch the fitting? Earth is obviously in the terminal but I have a multimeter. Thanks, wiki helped loads.
