I have got a Bosch Excel dishwasher and water is not going in to machine. I want to know how you access bottom of machine to check water inlet valve would anyoneknow how you get access to this?
Not taking in water doesn't have to mean that the inlet valve is defective. The first thing a dishwasher does is pump out stagnant water left in the sump. So if it doesn't pump out correctly for any reason it won't allow water to enter the machine either. I would check for possible drain issues before condemning the inlet valve. Post the "E" number & it'll be easier for us to answer your questions.
