Can wooden window frames be replaced with UPVC?

Hi

I currently have wooden window frames with double glazed glass.

Is it possible just to have the frames replaced with UPVC or would the glass have to be replaced as well?

You would need to have all of it replaced

You can't re-use the glass.

You wouldn't want to anyway.
