Can you remove cement?

Hey guys. So ive a concrete patio and i had a few big nasty cracks in it.

So i thought, for saftey and look id fill them with cement

So i did.

However

Ive now got a few sploges, some bigger then others of cement on the concrete

Anyway i could get rid. Been about 3 days so obvs its set.

I wash thinking jet wash?
Electric sander? :unsure:
Maybe chishel or scrapper.

Any idears?

It depends! On how thick, messy it is. Disclean will dissolve cement. Or try mechanically removing it with a cold chisel or carborundum stone.
 
Just knock the lumps off with a spade, scrape it clean with a wallpaper scraper and then pre wet the surface and pour a little bit of mortar acid on them (brick acid) dilute it a little and give it a scrub and wash off after 10 mins. Repeat if needed.

This may cause slight lightening of the concrete in the immediate vicinity but unlikely if its very old. Try a test patch first if your concerned about that.
