Can't find filling loop on my boiler!

Hi all, We have an oldish Biasi boiler, I think it might be a M90E.24S and the pressure has gone down to around 0.3 bar. Want to fill it up but cant work out where the filling loop is. any ideas?
There are two valves on the front, one yellow, one blue, mightit be one of those? The manual doesnt seem to say.
