I've got a Baxi duo-tec combi which has an error message e119. If a try to turn the the two black screws underneath nothing happens, or with the taps behind. Help please! Cheers!

how far are you undoing the screws because i found that but i just kept unscrewing them and they did kick in and start filling up but took a lot of unscrewing before anything happened
I do realise that you are not an installer, but the filling taps on the DuoTec are Carp.
On the only one I ever fitted I installed a 'proper' filling loop, but have had to change more than one of the sort you mention on others.
Not keen on Baxi's, but they do have their fans.(no pun intended....)
