Hi

My alarm is starting to bleep and is giving me the message low battery 100, which I know means that I need to replace the backup battery.. however... I do not know where it is, is it in the keypad unit? and if it is then how on earth do I get it open?

Any help would be appreciated and despite inputting the code it still starts bleeping again after a few hours and driving me nuts

No there is larger metal box somewhere. This is where the battery is.

That is what I was thinking, now to find the damn thing, no one bothered to show it to us when we moved into this new house.. Grrrrr
