CCTV cable to use?

I've got a sunluxy 600 tvl camera kit witch has four cameras. would it be best if I change the cable that comes in the kit and use rg/ 6 11 59 cable.

I'm thinking of up grading the camers to Sony 700TVL. Or do think there are any better ones I should use?

Try the new hikvision turbo range 1080 res over standard coax, you will need the hikvision dvr but you can mix and match with standard cameras
