I would advise on keeping the CCTV and the Intruder Alarm parts totally separate.
I'm an advocate of the Galaxy range when it comes to IP controlled intruder alarms. A G2-12 is probably the cheapest mainstream IP capable panel you can install. £30 for the panel, same again for keypad and £45 to add IP control (of course you need sensors, battery, siren Etc.).
There are other IP controlled panel offerings from the likes of Texecom and Risco, but expect to pay 4x more.
There are many IP based CCTV solutions available and some of the other forum members will help you out there.
