Ok I have an Alko cement mixer that struggles to start turning on sometimes so I have to give it helping hand and off it go’s, it runs fine until I put a put a big mix in then it stops turning again so I have to give it a little help, I have just greased the gear and took the motor off to have a look and it seemed to run fine with no load on it and has no bearing problems. The motor has a Bosch capacitor number 0 670 313 324 10uf+10% 400v~DB/hp fms 450v~AB/10%ED. could this be a capacitor problem and if so does the 10uf+10% matter.

It could be the capacitor. My lathe experienced similar symptoms when the capacitor went, although that had noticeably blown. You'll want one with a similar rating but it won't need to be identical
