Central Heating not behaving

Our central heating has started to run even when the controller has no lights on. The system switches off when it should, the boiler closes down and the pump stops. Then about 5 mins. later the pump starts up but the radiators continue to cool down as normal. We have a Horstman centaurplus C27 controller and a Grundfos pump. We have tried leaving things for about an hour, the pump continues to run but the radiators do not come on and neither does the boiler.
Anyone got any ideas what is going on.

You've either got a stray wire touching the pump live in the junction box (normally airing cupboard) or there is an issue with the boiler asking for the pump to run when it shouldn't. If it is the latter, you'll need to get an OFTEC engineer in
