hope some one can help have got a Worcester (Bosch) 24i rsf combi, the central heating is working great but cannot get any hot water even when the heating is off, when i turn the tap for hot water the bouler will light up so where is it going?. can the central heating pump be coming on when trying to draw hot water ??

take the front case off, it just lifts up and turn the hot tap on does the flame come on low then go to high?
