hi guys

we have just finished moving a wall and replastering, and had to remove a RF receiver and timer to do so, and the guy who did it is off on his holidas at the min, so we just wanted to check we were putting it back on correct.

we have a Salus RT3000RF RF receiver for a wireless thermostat and a Siemens RWB29 programmer

we believe it wires as follows

RF receiver has a permanent live/neutral on the L/N
the RF "COM" wire connects directly to the terminal 4 CHON of the Siemens programmer .This means the programmer will put a +ve down the line COM when CH is on.
the RF "NO" connects directly to the boiler CH ON wire via a terminal block, without any connection to the programmer.

Sounds good to me. Probably because you understand how it all works.

Some would get confused because the instructions talk about the installation without the link being 'volt free' yet you want it to switch 230v. I find Salus instructions are not generally the clearest.
