Cleaning latex levelling compound

does anyone know the best way/product for removing latex levelling compound from the back of vinyl tiles?

I have a job lot that have only been down a couple of months and have come up realy clean apart from a little bit of latex on the back of some of them.

Blade scraper then sand off any left
