Before we had our porch built, we cleaned the cement stains off the bricks with brick acid. However, our builder did manage to splash more cement up the walls.
As the bricks are now inside the porch, we can't use brick acid to reclean the bricks as we can't hose it off the walls.
Is the another method (chemical or otherwise) of cleaning the bricks?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

You could try de-scaler like viakal (as always do a small bit first as out of sight as possible) it sometimes works on cement, but not guaranteed, worth a try though.

I'm assuming the residue from the acid was well rinsed off before, not a good idea to mix I shouldn't wonder!;)
