Closeboard fencing

Most fencing companies seem to place three rails on the back and do no guarantee. Ive found one that offers 4 and apparently guarantee for 5 years too. Too good to be true!?

traditionally only 3 rails are used, unless you have a capping rail. No point in 4, its a system thats worked for hundreds of years and is more than strong enough
