Cold radiator

Hi,

Two radiators in a house I recently moved into in an extension.

Both dont get hot. Pipe going into the TRV is hot, other side not so. Like water is not getting through.

Just took the radiator off, not much sludge in it. Flushed it through anyway with the hose.

Opened the valves with the rad off and flow seems fine.

Any other ideas that I can check whilst I have the rad off?

What type of system: combi, open vented etc?

open vented.

I think it is actually a balancing problem. Turned off other rads and they got hotter.

Just checking the pump. It s Grun 15-60 set on 3. Got 18 rads running off that. Is that powerful enough or could I get a more powerful pump to help the flow?
