After a few problems with mains pipe to shower pipes are now reconnected .
However now getting very low flow on tap and cistern that are fed from the loft tank .
The work done was one of the couplings that connects the electric shower to the mains , this splits off from the supply before the tank so the tank was turned off whilst work was being done

I'm not clear which pipes are foing where and which ones you mean!
Whatever, dirt (scale) is a possibility.

Initial problem was with electric shower reporting low pressure , this was due to limescale in the shower so shower will be replaced .
Whilst confirming this one of the couplings on the mains feed to the shower came off , this has also now been replaced . Since this was done though have low/no flow to the tap and cistern fed from the water tank in the roof.

Setup is mains pipe -> Stop cock -> branches to shower and water tank in roof .

Water tank in roof -> Cold tap and Cistern which have problem.

Tank in roof still fills up fine

SOunds like an air lock (search on those) in the cold pipe.
