combis rates with low mains water

hello chaps,
im curious. low water mains into a combi the gas rate / burner pressure will be low( esp when its on the 5th floor . just wondering on a cp12 you obviously cant enter the max kw achieved. defects notes --low cold mains inlet, would do?

a CP12 is just a rec ord of what you achieve on site wether it is right or wrong, however you have to intepret those results into a)OK, b) At Risk or C) immediately dangerous.

It is possible to force a modern combi to high fire so you can check max gas rate

but older combis have no max fire up lie ecotec. if its a 30kw combi and its only getting 22kw because the watrer pressure is so poor what are u supposed to in recording your findings?

if its only inputing 22Kw then thats what should go on the CP12!
