Connect a shower head to a bath tap.

Hi. First I'm sorry if I'm writing in a wrong subforum. I'm wondering if is there any way to connect a shower head to a bath tap. I want to connect it only to hot water (when I take shower with mix water - cold and hot - water is still to cold for me and there is no way to increase the temperature). I'm including a photo of my bath taps.

The OP only wants to shower from the hot tap so this single attachment would be 'better' (?).

In the summer I think you'll find just the hot tap will be too hot and therefore a double attachment will work better as you can always leave the cold tap turned off if you don't want it. However, if you do need it to cool the water down then the option is always there.
