Actually meant 1/2" bsp female thanks.

Hi

I'm looking to convert 15mm coming out of tiles to a 1/2'' female bsp fitting.

Got a Triton Excellente shower and decided not to use the variable fixings.

Turns out that a cheap kit to the pipes to the bar doesn't work and neither does Triton's push fit universal kit for exposed pipework. Both leak like crazy!

So now it looks like I need to remove some tiles and change the 15mm to a 1/2 fitting so I can use the dogs legs.

Any ideas on the easiest way to do this? My pipe is buried but if I dig back enough I can attach a fitting maybe although a solder fitting would be ideal if they exist?

Thanks

You could always try these

Thanks

Does that just solder on to the 15mm?

The second kit is what I have but my shower says bsp connections supplied only. Anything else just leaks.

If you are using a female iron, you will need to use PTFE tape too (or any other propriety thread sealer :) ), to ensure the fitting is watertight.
