does anyone know if these have a recommended lifetime? does the rubber ever perish or harden? or other deterioration take place?
Any info would be helpful or even a pointer to a manufacturer of them so i could ask them direct. thanks

for what its worth LPG hoses have a lifespan of five years before they SHOULD be replaced but who does?

The Standard is BS 669 : Part 1 . Sorry I don't have a copy.

Are you sure about that? Calor inspected my 7 year old installation before Christmas and never picked that up.

Why the question? - I'd expect 10 years at least.

It is recommended that LPG hoses are changed every 5years. Briplu is correct.
