Cost of building extension

Does anyone know approxmietly how much it would cost to add a extension to the side of a victorian 2 story house. Say around 5 metres width. I only want the shell built as the plastering, plumbing and electrics I can sort out or arrange myself.

I know that this is a hard question to answer, but I am just looking for a ball park figure, as I am clueless at the moment.

Fair enough Mod, however this is part of the bigger picture. As the rest will be DIY. I dont want a quote, just wondering, how big we're talking here. i.e. 10K, 30K, 50K, 70K.

P.S. Re point 9. I'm not that stupid, and hate the blame culture thing. As it stops people giving advice.
