cost of groundworks

Hello,
We're trying to get an extension built in London, c3.5mx3.5mx1m deep. There are three exisiting walls. There's no access for a lorry to get near just a narrow path.
Does anyone have any idea of what the groundworks might cost?

It would be to dig down and fill in with a concrete base plus foundations for the glass front (the other three walls are already in place).
