Hi all,

Planning on renovating my second bathroom which is part of a ground floor extension (already in place when I bought the house).

The previous owner had not really thought about where to place things and so the bathroom window is just in an odd position - for my liking at least.

I'd prefer the window to be directly over the toilet so I can place a mirror on the wall above the sink - which is practical!

Does anyone know what sort of cost I would be looking at to have this done? And any regulations I would have to consider?

The wall where the window is on is part of a ground floor extension - if that helps at all.
