COVER LAWN WITH GRAVEL CHIPPINGS

HI, how would I go about getting rid of my lawn and laying gravel chippings. Its not a level site, its about a 6 inch slope from left to right. Would be grateful for any info.......

strim the grass down to ground level. cover with a good quality weed fabric, such as plantex. lap all the joints and peg it all in position. cover with gravel. job done!

can you prevent the gravel dowm migrating down the slope?

dig from the high side onto the low side to level it up..

you can always use mini sleepers to terrace the area to prevent the garvel migrating, but 6 inches isnt a great slope, unless its a very small garden
