Crack in outside wall

Hi, I have a crack in my garden wall as pictured not sure how to repair it . The structure is in place but with severe weather i am concerned it may collapse. The Top slab aobve the door is also slightly come away if you look closely.

Any advice appriciated bear in mind im looking for the cheapest option!!
