I just noticed my wall paper is getting bubbles plus the painting is fading at the top of my wall and some white dust over the wall papar. I had a look outside and there is a crack on the outside wall (pebble dash) and also between the flat roof and the wall there are some holes there.
What is more likely to have caused the dampness the crack or the filling between the flat roof and the wall?
how can i fill the crack? I am not bothered about how it will look as I am planning to have the outside painted or even dampproof during the summer next year. i just want to ensure that no more water gets in
