I have a multi fuel stove with boiler fitted in my living room. The chimney stack has no liner and is of a straight vertical construction. My problem is that my terracotta chimney pots keep cracking, the last one ended up coming through the roof in high winds, I have since had a new pot fitted which I have just noticed is cracked again. Any ideas what may be causing this guys?

Only guessing, but the pot doesn't like getting wet and then getting very hot.....maybe a glazed one is for you?
