Could be a faulty on/off button or the solenoid coil.
The neon light will only work if the pressure switch is activated.
Check you have 230 v to the solenoid coil when shower fails.
If not check you still have 230v to the on/off button, if so then the buttons faulty.
If 230v to solenoid coil then check coil.
If so then check the solenoid coil in its failed state for resistance should be 3.4 kohms or above. Isolate mains power to check the coil for resistance.
