Hi, I have a Creda T622CW which is taking an age to dry anything. I have taken the back off & only 2 of the 4 heating elements are getting hot (and neither are hot for the entire element length). I'm assuming the elements need replacing - can anyone confirm before I order? Many thanks

Hi Rocks1, the condenser is clean & regardless which setting its on, it just gets warmish. When I removed the back, 2 of the elements stay totally off & the other 2 get partially hot, ie for about 3/4 of their length.
