Creda excel 1200 Not heating

Not my usual field , but mums washing machine isn't warming the water. Tested the element which is ok and the NTC is working as well. Not too sure what the thermal cut out looks like on these or where it is , so any guidance would be greatly appreciated ( A wiring diagram would help if anyone has one).

That's about my last check before it gets scrapped .

One other thing you could check is the pressure switch as that only allows the heater to come on when it senses the water is at wash level. If you disconnect the hose at the pressure vessel end you can blow in it and check the switches with your resistance meter. Normally the wires for the heater switching will be thicker than those that control the solenoid valves and of course the heater switching contacts will be normally open whereas the water ones are normally closed.
