Dampness in bedroom, roof leak????

Hi, we have water penetrating into our bedroom...A roofer has been up and replaced a valley which he thought was the problem

However, after a lot of recent rain, the water is still coming through. Ive noticed that when it DOES rain, the outside walls of the bedroom, where the property joins the neighbours property get wet!

for a picture. The bedroom in question is to the left of the bricked wall, the rendered wall is the neighbours property. The water is actually seeping through roughyl half way up where the pic shows dampness on the bricks...(and going upwards!)

The original roofer is coming back to take a look, but I wouldnt mind knowing what it is so Im not going to be fobbed off!!

There is sommat badly wrong with the Detail of the weatherimg at the top . can you get up there and send photo taken from above.
