Can someone please help me with defaulting a Galaxy 2.12 panel to factory settings, I followed a instruction I found on here, but sadly it didn`t work.

Decided against the default, I`m just working my way through the programming, changing some names, users, because I`ve relocated the panel I now don't need all the zones, just got to remove some, struggling with the tampers, did have 9 tamper faults, got it down to three, but cannot find the buggers....

I am nearly there, down to just one tamper fault and I think I know where it is, hooray, just got to figure out why I can`t replace a sensor with a link without it coming up as a tamper fault.....

All done, didn't default, slowly worked through the manual, its tough going to make sense of it all, the panels all connected and on test left the bell off just in case lol....

Yes, you need to use a single 1k resistor if you want to do that. The Galaxy panels default zone resistance settings are 1k closed and 2k open.
