DENSITY OF SHARP SAND AND CLASS 1/A GRADE MOT

Does anyone know the density of sharp sand and Class 1/A Grade MOT? I am laying a patio of approximately 45 sqm. I have calculated the cubic metres I require, but I need to find out the density so I can purchase the correct weight needed. Thank you for your help.

rule of thumb i use is divide by 3 and times by 4. works out fine for me on mot. with the sand i normally allow a bulk bag per 15 m2, for a normal wet lay bed.
