Diplomat ADP8322 Dishwasher

Hi can anyone help... my Diplomat ADP8322 dishwasher is playing up by not spraying any water. I've done a few diagnostics to assist:

The drain pump works.
The heating element works.
Checked the filter.
Checked for blockages.
I took apart the flumes inside, wiped the inside dry and the basin fills up with water but nothing is being squirted out of the water pipes as the inside is dry. The water is hot. and then the water drains away ok.

Would it be the timer motor? or the main pump? or drive belt?
