have a look at these...
http://www.avantarange.com/39c.html

they are good reliable boilers and they claim an output of 35kw on the 39c model.

we have fitted upto30 approx of these boilers and over the past three years only been called out to one with a split condense trap, fixed in minutes.

depending where you live look up HPS http://www.hpsmerchant.co.uk/branches.htm

they offer a full five year parts and labour warranty on the remeha range.

Manufacturers tend not to make huge combi boilers as it's generally assumed that a house that needs a lot of heating will also need a lot of hot water, and therefore a combi would be unsuitable due to it's relatively low hot water output.

The ATAG Q51C is probably your best bet if you really do need/want this kind of setup

rinnai 26i and a 40kw system boiler then. personally I would do a heatless calc to make sure I need a 40kw boiler.

must say the viessmann 35kw 200w system boiler is good for big homes. got one heating a 200 year old 4 story plus celler house no bother...weather comp'ed of course

if its found to need 30kw then intergas would be my preference
