Dont know what paint i need - help!

Hi Guys,

Just bought a house and i'll be re-painting most rooms. The woodwork is currently painted with a matt type gloss, its the stuff that doesnt yellow and is like a matt paint but with a slight gloss finish. I want to use the same paint to re-paint the woodwork but can anyone tell me what paint i need? Ive looked and there are so many different finishes i dont know which one i need
