We only use our back door, (which is one of these 4 section doors that opens all the way up).
It frozen solid, I had to get out of the house & tip hot water to thaw it 2hrs later froze again had to do the same again. It is freezing at the bottom,
I think it is the brush at the bottom freezing to the aluminium.
Any ideas on how to stop this, I can only think of putting vaseline on it.

Sounds like any water is being trapped in the bottom channel rather than draining away. Are there any drain holes and are they clear? The hot water solution was probably only temporary as it froze again when it had cooled down.
How long have these doors been in place? Are they under guarantee? If so get the installers back to rectify.

It was the brush freezing to the ally.
I dried it put vaseline on it, seems ok now.
THe doors are 4yrs old 10yr warranty, no water in the channel.
Thanks for reply
