DPC and driveway

Hi I am unable to find DPC in my external walls. I believe this is a solid brick wall. The house is in a downward slope. The porche floor is anout 5 inches below the house flooring. The new driveway was laid on pre-existing concrete (hammered down) which now sits just below the airbrick and is now about half inch below porch step. Could you please help me with the below please
1. How to identify my DPC. Is it a possibility that I don't have one .
2. Will the non existent distance between air brick, porch step and
Driveway clause problems.

Photo's always help. Include overall photos rather than just a close-up of an airbrick.
