existing drains are in the way of my new garage do I need BR to replace and move a short distance I want to move one inspection chamber and then break that into another manhole that the removed drain ran into

And unless it's a private sewer you will also need the agreement of the water company/sewerage undertaker.

what is classed as private sewer it is only drainage for our house the second manhole goes out into the rear lane but we would not be altering the drains after this manhole
