DSC 1864 Alarm system - No Power

Afternoon All

I have bought a DSC 1864 alarm system. I am having issues getting power to the keypad. I have used a multimeter and i have power going to the transformer but i have no power coming from the transformer

Any help would be great

Do you mean from the transformer, AC volts or 12v DC elsewhere in the panel?

240 v into fuse block in panel is 240 coming out of transformer side of fuse block ? If not check fuse , If so check transformer output to pcb should be around 16 v AC

Yes I need to look at this closer as I checked and there is no power at the board which should be 16v

Anything else it could be?
