Dual flush

Hi,
The dual flush is continuously flowing into the basin. I'm trying to get the lid off to have a look but with no joy. It's a porcelanosa make.
I can pop out the buttons but there are no screws beneath to undo. There are two holes but nothing beneath?
I have attached a pic if anyone can shed some light on how to remove the lid.

Flowing into the basin? Boy, you do have trouble!

You sure it won't turn, It's poss just done up tight.
Try long nose pliers in the two holes.

If i remember it has a thread stem that screws in to the flush valve.
