Any suggestions, I wonder, if there's a CCTV DVR that is more suitable for someone who is not particularly good at using 'gadgets'?
A customer with a CCTV system I installed a few years ago always struggles to operate it to review any incident.
Really need to replace with something that's suitable for someone (read 'elderly') with less than average tech know-how rather than delving into sub-menus etc.
