Almost certainly not. Connecting to a ring circuit will mean 3kW or less, and freestanding electric cookers are usually at least twice that.
You need a new circuit installing for the cooker.
As flameport has stated, you are restricted to an output of 3000watts(3kW) or less.
If you intend to plug it into a socket circuit, anything above that will need a designated circuit, fuse and cables sizes will need to be calculated.
