Hi, I've just changed my mates electric shower, and i've noticed the pressure on the water seems to be low when he has it on a higher heat setting.

Its a Triton Shower, got it for about £90 from bnq. He lives in an apartment type building. Is it normal for the pressure to be low on an electric shower on a high heat setting. When we go for a mid range heat setting, the pressure seems to be ok.

Many thanks

Triton what ?

Do you mean when you turn the flow dial (bottom) up the flow reduces ?

Yes thats right if you turn the flow dial from 1 to 10 the flow will gradually
reduce down to a trickle.
Don't matter where the heat setting dial is low, med, high.

That's how it gets hotter the speed of the flow through the shower.
Slower flow = hotter temp.
